LEEDS= Leaders Equiped in Evangelism and Discipleship Services.
This is a youth training in leadership in discipleship and evangelism training program that will help them to grow in faith and be equipped for Jesus ministry. The program targets university, tertiary students in highschool on a weekly basis.
Laban and Dianah along with their three children live in south western Uganda. They serve their community through pastor training, teaching, Biblical counseling and evangelism . Their love of the Lord and faithful service is making a difference.
We also hold an annual Church leaders training that takes one week.They're sent back to communities to extend God's word to un reached in their communities.

PRISONS
TRADES OF NEW HOPE UGANDA also reaches out to prisons within Uganda with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Since 2017, we have witnessed many prisoners receiving Christ as their Lord and savior. With the help of a team of volunteers, we reach out to prisoners in 5 prisons that is, Ndorwa prison in kabale which is a General Prison for Capital Offenders and Women Prison, Rubanda Prison,Kisoro mini prison, Kamwengye prison and kabale children's prison Matthew 25:36, 40 "I was in prison and you came to me." ... And the King will answer them, ‘Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.’ Jesus challenges us in bible to reach out to the “least of these” including those who are in prison. There are several men in your community, church and organisations who are passionate about being a blessing and reaching out with the love of Christ in Uganda. Have you ever stopped to think that your testimony could make a huge difference in the life of a person who is struggling? The Lord is calling you here! Whether you have gifts of teaching, Preaching, counseling, music, or just like to talk to people about the Lord, there is a place for you to help us with this ministry. Trades of New Hope Uganda every week always leads a church service for the inmates. We are dedicated to build teams of people who will always go and share the Word of God in various ways. we do carry bible studies for a group of 25 people, sharing the word of God and learning how to be the per takers of it to others, a monthly financial support to facilitate the study including tea is $250 for two weekends. Your gifts help us to bring Good News of Jesus Christ to prisoners. We thank you for helping us reach those others have forgotten.
Objectives
To give hope and opportunity for transformation of inmates and encourage them to give their lives to God. To ensure that believers in the prison become disciples of the church, are strengthened and encourage new converts to come to Christ. To train prisoners to lead non-believers to have faith in Jesus as Lord and Savior. To teach prisoners the word of God so as to transform them and win them to Jesus Christ.
brethren, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may run swiftly and be glorified, just as it is with you, and that we may be delivered from unreasonable and wicked men; for not all have faith. (2 Thessalonians 3:1-2)
Pray that the Lord will continue to honor His Word in present opportunities of ministry, as well as, the expansion of the ministry. Pray for protection of God’s servants, especially in prisons where Christianity is a minority. The harvest truly is great, but the laborers are few; therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest. (Luke 10:2) Pray that God will call a great number of men and women into Trades of New Hope Uganda ministry. We ask prayer especially for females to minister to female inmates, for minority chaplains, for chaplains with a heart to serve in juvenile detention centers.
Baptism In Prison Inmates who have been preached to and accepted Jesus Christ are baptized. Bible Studies And Faith Comes By Hearing. We meet with Prisoners and we study the Bible through the friendly scripture focused method of evangelism. Apart from distributing Bibles, we strategically deliver the word of God through offering the bible in a format that inmates can easily understand and it reaches both literate and illiterate inmates. HIV & AIDS Training Program In partnership Kabale regional hospital, we conduct HIV/AIDS training in Ndorwa Prison. We train HIV counselors who comprise dormitory/cell leaders, religious leaders and leaders of all main groups.The main aim of the trainings is to equip leaders with HIV& AIDS updates so that they can be better.
